So was upgrade successful or not? ...

We performed online upgrade to version 5.5.9 and now we see the following on "Check For Update" page:

The update did not complete successfully. Please try updating manually.

but inside dumb terminal windows it says

Nagios XI Upgrade Complete! ->> which according to troubleshooting indicates successful upgrade.

upgrade.log file have some warnings (we choose not to add some services to notification) but no errors.

So how can I resolve this, so I can upgrade to the latest version (now 5.5.11)

There is a bug in the online upgrade that can cause the error "The update did not complete successfully. Please try updating manually." even when the upgrade completes successfully.

With the message in the box "Nagios XI Upgrade Complete!" you can simply click the "Go back" button, your system is upgraded.
