User can reconfigure host IP

Hi,

I added a new user in Nagios XI and assigend authorize level as 'User'. I tested login and found that this user can reconfigure host details such as IP address which it should not. Please help to verify.

What boxes are checked for this user under Admin -> Manage Users -> Edit -> Security Settings

All boxes are unchecked.
