Re: Nagios STATUMAP Help
Hello, @Wahab. I suggest clicking on the three bar icon in the top right corner. That will bring you to the map settings. From there you can change the Root Node and try different layouts. I'd try to play around with these settings till you find a better layout. Let me know if this helps.

Dear Sir,
Map layout is not my problem. i have tried them also but they doesnot full my requirement. What i want to do is that , there should be some gaps between my host they all are in one direction and give very bad look. i am using circular map. . i just want that my hosts should be scattered around parent host rather remaining in one direction only.
plz help

Re: Nagios STATUMAP Help
@Wahab, Have you tried clicking on the Cisco switch? It should recircle services around it. Or try choosing the Cisco-6600-E as the root node in the Map settings. Finally, if you hold down the control key and scroll with the mouse you should be able to zoom in and out of the map and that will make space between hosts bigger.

Re: Nagios STATUMAP Help
@Wahab, Have you tried defining custom 2d cords for your hosts?
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... html?#host
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... html?#host
Other then this I can't think of any way to spread the hosts out without changing the code.2d_coords: This variable is used to define coordinates to use when drawing the host in the statusmap CGI. Coordinates should be given in positive integers, as they correspond to physical pixels in the generated image. The origin for drawing (0,0) is in the upper left hand corner of the image and extends in the positive x direction (to the right) along the top of the image and in the positive y direction (down) along the left hand side of the image. For reference, the size of the icons drawn is usually about 40x40 pixels (text takes a little extra space). The coordinates you specify here are for the upper left hand corner of the host icon that is drawn. Note: Don't worry about what the maximum x and y coordinates that you can use are. The CGI will automatically calculate the maximum dimensions of the image it creates based on the largest x and y coordinates you specify
