Hi,
How to configure Nagios XI to send alert mail only 'Critical' state and not 'Warning' state?

Problem on alert email
Re: Problem on alert email
You can do it on two levels:
On the user level:
Go to: Configure->More Options->My Account Settings->Notification Options->Notification Preferences and clear the "Service Warning" check-mark box under "Notification Types". Click on "Update Settings".
On the service level:
Go to: Core Config Manager->Monitoring->Services-><find your service>->Modify->Alert Settings tab and choose your alerts (under "Notification options"). Click on "Save" and "Apply Configuration".
Note: Your check-mark boxes under the "Notification options" may be empty, because these are set in a template that you are using. Setting them on a service level will override the template for this particular service.
Hope this helps.
