Notifications Not Working for Subset of Services

Hi All,

Normally i feel like i have a pretty good handle on troubleshooting the inheritance model, but running into an interesting issue. I am troubleshooting why i am not being paged for Nagios XI Current Load alerts. (created originally through the Wizard). When i send a custom notification (not forced) on the check, it indeeds sends me a page "OK - Current Load - etc" When it fails on its own, it only sends the alert to our production ticketing system (assigned through our production template), but not to myself (added as a contact with the + symbol).

I also tried this with the Disk Check - / as well, same result.

Please go to Configure > Core Config Manager > Contacts:
- Edit your contact
- Click the Alert Settings tab
- Uncheck None for Host Notification options AND Service Notification options
- Save
- Apply Config
- Test
