check loadballancer hosts

pls help me? I should to check hosts behinde loadballancer 1 ip some dif ports i get information from ip port xxxx command if i run from libexec. how to add port numbers to hosts.cfg and run check from services.cfg on all hostgroup by changing only port numbers???

You'll probably need to define custom variables in your host definitions and pass them as a macro to your host and service checks.
