NSCA Case Insensitive Host Match

Post by pnnagios »

Hello,

Is it possible to have NSCA match a passive check to a host in a case insensitive mannner? For example, if the host was configured in NagiosXI with a name like "host.domain.com", then it would receive passive checks for host name "host.domain.com", as well as "HOST.DOMAIN.COM".

Thank you,

Paul

Unfortunately, the host names have to be an exact match.

Ok.
I will have to see what I can do to keep the hostname case consistent, from the other end.

Thank you,

Paul
