We are using NCPA to monitor windows logs. We are able to monitor Application as well System logs without any issue but while trying to monitor Security logs NCPA service goes stop and we dont get the any output then will have to manually restart the NCPA service. We tried from NCPA console but same issue. Please suggest.

The NCPA agent is running as a system account and that account does not have enough permissions to read the Security logs and that is why it never finishes when you poll it.
If you setup the NCPA agent to login with an account with enough permissions, it should be able to view the Security logs.
