Nagios XI --Oracle query passing parameter

I am using Oracle query connector to execute query on oracle database.
I would like to make a use of the parameter. But the parameter is not being replaced with the value when executed from 'service".
Please refer to screen shot attached. The service status is UNKNOWN since SQL cannot be executed without parameter being replace.
