the queries are from the log server.
I am not sure but I think the check is from the log server.

@geremew, Did you create the alert from the Log Server GUI? Can you take a screenshot of the Alert settings as well as the whole Alerts page in the log server and share it with us in the thread? Thank you.

yes I have created alert and attached the screenshot for its setting, but if it is possible I prefer to have a remote session.
