Hi,
This is periodically happening where we apply config and the engine will no longer start. seems that the nagios.cfg file keeps having the lock file location changed.
As of right now I tried getting is back online per this topic I had opened. Unfortunately it is mot helping this time.

I have tried a full restore from a scheduled nagios backup but still having the error.
[root@nagiosxi ~]# systemctl status nagios.service
