Sounds good. By default, you can do much more than 100, I just picked a safe number for the purposes of testing. We'll keep this open and let us know if you're able to get it resolved.Please leave the thread open as this may take some time.

Found out that I could do about 900 cfg files at a time. That wasn't bad at all. Broke the updates up into 3 chunks and got it done on 2 XI's in about 10 minutes. Then did a grep on all the cfg files and verified that my new contact was in the contact list for all hosts and services. I'm a happy camper now!
