All,
I received and an error stating that the libcap-devel rpm could not be found. Please note that I am installing on a server that does not have internet access, and that the rpm libraries were downloaded by our security team for our use. I have tried finding the rpm online without success. I can only find the rpm for OPENSuSE which may or may not work. Please help.

Please post the entire command run and the full output of the command so that we can see exactly what it's looking for.

Please close out this ticket. I found the source code for libpcap out on https://www.tcdump.org, and it provided me everything needed to stand up fprobe. Thank you for your quick response.
