Support links that dont work

Support links that dont work

I find several links in the support forum that just gives me error, like this:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /downloads/nagios-log-server/docs/Analyzing-Logs-With-Nagios-Log-Server.pdf on this server."

Why?

Specifically now I look for cluster yellow status where I think there's an issue with data coming in to old index. RESOLVED by patience although there are some weird old index opened from november 15th 2018, it around some vmware host boot time, but no issue

Do you have some links to threads where this is happening?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Please PM me the external IP address where these requests would be coming from and we can check on our end.
