Nagios XI upgrade from 5.2.7 to 5.5.10 got sql error

Hi
As subject, does there has any solution can solve this problem.

My System Information:
CPU:8 Cores
RAM:8 GB
Disk:250 GB
OS:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7 (Santiago)

Hi @eric.lin826,

Can backup your system, upgrade Nagios XI to 5.5.11 and let us know if you're still experiencing the issue or not.

This was a known issue and should be fixed ( see SQL errors "nagiosql - Duplicate entry for ..." limited user).
