Scheduled Downtime - Unable to remove action

Post by hoegh »

Hi,

Nagios servers is unable to delete/remove a host or service from scheduled downtime. If I click on the X its deleted, but then it reappears.
I have to wait until the scheduled downtime has elasped before it goes.

Kindly suggest any solution for the above.

Thanks,
Hoegh

Can you verify you do not have multiple nagios processes running

Code: Select all

ps-ef|grep nagios.cfg

Are any of these the ones you are seeing re-appear?

No, it's happening for all servers/services which don't have recurring blackouts.
It's like we're deleting blackout, and once refreshing then It's re-appearing

It seems the file.which stores blackout records are not being sync with delete action...just guessing.

Please help us as it's critical and affecting ticketing system of our production environment.
