Unable to remove contact from contact group

Hi,

Currently I facing contact unable remove from contactgroup.
Example, previously contact A in contactgroup A, using bulk modification tools to ties contactgroup with hostgroup A. After that would like to remove contact A from contactgroup A, but contact A been removed, contact A still can see hostgroup A. Already checked multiples time, contact already been removed but still can see hostgroup host services.

The nagios XI is using 5.4.0 version. Any solution to resolve it?
