Hi,
Twice this week (week commencing 22nd April), all the checks in Nagios have stopped firing. To resolve the issue, we had to bounce our Nagios XI instance.
Please advise if there are any logs we could look in to that would explain why all checks have stopped firing
Thanks,
Nelson

Hi Nelson,
Have you checked the system status? Perhaps the monitoring engine or one of the subsystems is down. Go to Admin >System Status > System Component Status. Are all the components green ( see image)?

Hi Benjamin,
Yes, everything is green. I will check this again if the issues reoccur.
Are there any log files that would capture any diagnostics at the time of the issues
Thanks,
Nelson
