Your request was not processed in a timely manner

can not start Monitoring Engine it keep saying Your request was not processed in a timely manner, i tried to do what mentioned in the below links but but no luck

i am running NagiosXI 5.5.7 on centos 7.4

plus i tried to restore from the snapshot i am getting the below

we are getting the below while restoring from snapshot

·An error occurred while attempting to apply your configuration to Nagios Core. Monitoring engine configuration files have been rolled back to their last known good checkpoint.
