We need your help, how we can get which process takes high Utilization.

This is for Windows, Also there is not content "Take a look at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=46569"

My apologies. That link is from the customer forum (those with an active license). It looks like this plugin may meet your requirements:

check_winprocess - NRPE check plugin for Windows processes

Also, this powershell script can check the memory used by a process:
