Issue getting Clarity Call Center perfmon counters on window

Issue getting Clarity Call Center perfmon counters on window

Trying to grab Clarity Call Center metrics that are loaded to perfmon of a Windows server. API says error: The specified object not found on computer. But using TypePerf.exe I see the metric. Have tried 2 different ways and no luck.
Sugguestions?

The 2.1.7 version will address issues with Windows counters - https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/nc ... HANGES.rst. It should be released "soon" after some final testing. Ping us in a week :)
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Just wanted to follow up since 2.1.7 has been released - https://www.nagios.org/ncpa/#downloads. Let us know if you still see an issue after upgrading.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
