NRDP BAD TOKEN Nagios XI

Post by madhukarneelaiahgari »

Hello,

I'm having trouble accessing NRDP api using the token present under inbound transfers.
Its giving BAD TOKEN message when trying to authenticate. I tried changing the token to a simple one but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using nagiosxi (Nagios XI 5.4.13 ) version.

Regards,
Madhu.

If you run the following command do you see your token in the array?

Code: Select all

grep authorized_tokens /usr/local/nrdp/server/config.inc.php

Yes I see but its not updating when entered from UI. So I added it on the file manually.

Is it working successfully for you now? May we close the topic?
