monitoring large networks

am configuring nagios core to monitor ping for my network servers. Server list is huge almost 10k + , will nagios core (4.3.4) support this requirements ?

Yes, we have Nagios users monitoring over 100,000+ items on a single install.

thanks. any performance enhancements we should do ? any tuning required to perform ping monitoring on 10k + servers ?

On a standard Core install there shouldn't be much necessary, simply set the check interval at 5 minutes and you should be good
