Hi,
Recently we have purchased nagiosxi license , however NagiosXI escalation matrix stopped working and all alerts are sent to only "nagiosadmin". How to fix this issue as we are not getting any errors inside the nagios.log.
We have created multiple contact grps for multiple Hostgrp to send notifications to different contacts, It was working fine unless we added new environment. It stops sending notifications to contactgrps and all alerts going only to nagiosadmin.

We did complete nagiosxi database restore to fix this issue but still we are seeing this issue.
