I found another Service Check that isn't sending out notifications to the ServerSupportContact group.

Original problem still stands. Waiting until you give me the green light to disable the copied Service Check you told me to make.

Yes, the new service is working as intended. It sent the 24 hour follow up email this morning.
I might let it go for another day or two just to see if it sends the others.
