This is Nagios operating normally. Your service checks are telling you that these services have some problem according to the parameters you told Nagios to check for. Fixing the errors has nothing to do with Nagios and everything to do with normal server maintenance. So... enable SSH/fix your firewall, kill some processes, and configure your web server.
