List all acknowledge in Warning State

Hi,

I would like to know if its possible to get a list of all the acknowledgements put in place. The idea is to filter the warnings that have one so I can create a check and/or notification with this information.

We have sometimes issues with disk checks were our technicians will free some space moving it from Critical to Warning but will not remove the acknowledgement as it never reaches OK, it does not clear automatically. So over time, once the disk gets full again we do not get a notification and this end up causing major incidents..

If you go to Home -> Tactical Overview
In the Services section under Critical/Warning you will see a link for "X Acknowledged"

This link will show you all the items in that state that are Acknowledged

Thank you very much, I didn't know there was that direct link but there is not a way to create a check so I get notifications? I cannot rely on people remembering they have to go there and check every now and then.

Hi,

If there is no other way, we might need to end up using the page report. Otherwise I can only think of building our own check by reading the NagiosXI database directly.
