Hello support
This morning I manually upgraded from 5.5.11 to 5.6.3. Ever since then the web interface has not updated. Alerts that were in a problem state before the backup are still listed on the service problems page. I did receive an email stating that things were ok. other alerts have been coming in during this time (up/downs) however they are not being shown on the service problems page. When I look at all services the eventlog only has time stamps from prior to the upgrade. If I choose random hosts the "last checked" column is also only populated with times around the upgrade.
/usr/local/etc/nagios/var/status.dat is time stamped currently
Anywhere we can look to have the service problems page be current?
*edit* forgot to add, I have cleared cache, used incognito mode, and used a different browser, issue still happens.
Thanks

Hi @rzeitlow,
It looks like the monitoring engine might be down. Go to Admin > System Information > System Status. Are all components running ( green status)? If so, you can try re-starting Nagios:
If that is not the issue, please PM your system profile.
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu

all components were green.
I restarted the services and it didn't change.
I did however reboot and now everything is being updated the way we expect it to be. I will keep an eye on things.
