Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed

Receiving the following error, when trying to add a new server for monitoring.

"Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed'

This looks like it's a problem for Nagios XI and not Nagios Log Server. Can you confirm so we can make sure this is thread is placed in the right location?

Have a look at https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=532 for steps to help diagnosis this issue.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
