Secure API authentication for remote access

Post by awilson »

Hi. We have a requirement to query the Nagios hosts using the Google App Engine (GAE.) I'm familiar with the token that is required for API access. I saw in another forum reply that Nagios delegates authentication to the "app server" like httpd, nginx, etc.

Is that the complete answer?

Thanks!

Querying Nagios hosts using the Google App Engine is out of scope of Nagios support. We can try to help if you get stuck on something, however we cannot guarantee that this is going to work.
