Nagios XI - Receiving False Email Alert

HI Team,
I am getting false email alerts about CRITICAL services which in real are in OK state. Also, when we try to cross verify it through state history, we cannot find any PROBLEM state in state history also. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference. Do let me know if anything else required from my end.

NOTE-We are getting this false alerts for multiple services over different hosts.
