Upgrade Failed - 5.5.8 to 5.6.3

Had a maintenance window today, upgrade failed. I previously applied this upgrade to both our staging environments successfully. I also did it via the GUI and via the CLI.
I even rolled the VM Snapshot back and retried, and it still failed!

Dashlet looks ok...

Done!
INSTALL: Dashlets installed/updated OK.
ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 25: Duplicate column name 'dependent_servicegroup_name'

I have extended my maintenance window until tommorow night but it will take a while to get another window, if i cannot resolve it tomorrow. Do you guys happen to have anyone in GMY/BST time to help in the AM ?
EDIT: BAH! Just saw you were closed tomorrow! :(

Tried this and it worked, thanks!

I also tried updating 5.5.8 to 5.5.11 on another node and then to 5.6.3 and that worked, although i hadnt tried direct from 5.5.8 so might have been unrelated.
