Hi Jose,

With respect to the first three messages, it does seem that you maybe experiencing intermittent network issues with this service. However, it is possible to turn off notifications when the state of the service is Unknown.

Got to Configure > CCM > Monitoring > Services, and then search for and click on this service and in the Alert Settings tab you'll find the Notification Options.

FOR THIS SPECIFIC ALERT. I RECEIVED 3 TO 4 TIMES THE SAME ALERT. WHY? IS THERE ANYWAY TO CHANGE TO JUST RECEIVE IT ONCE?
If you set the notification interval in the Alert Settings to 0, Nagios will not re-notify contacts about problems for this service - only one problem notification will be sent out.
WARNING - SNMP OID does not exist
It looks like Nagios is unable to find the OID? Can you try running a SNMPwalk command on this device for the OID?
/var/lib/mrtg/172.16.32.28_10024.rrd does not exist.
If you just set up this service, this is normal as it can take about 10 minutes for the rrd to be created.
WARNING: Interface noSuchInstance (index 10135) is administratively down.
The interface was likely assigned a new index number, can you post the entire check command for this service? Thanks.
