Nagios XI errors apply config and lost contacts (blank now)

Hello,
XI has been slow and now I'm getting errors while make changes and applying them. Like delete users or host/service, nothing works.
now contacts do not have any host in CCM. host group has not host. Core do not see user groups or members. adding them back cause system failure.
Help.

Installed Version: 5.6.3

Log into the terminal and run the following tail command, apply configuration and post full output.

Code: Select all

tail -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/cmdsubsys.log

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
