Bulk Modification - Configuration not applied

a quick question, is there any way to check what have been modified with Bulk Modification Tool before apply the configuration?

Well, you should know what you are modifying... Having said that, if you modify objects, e.g. hosts, via the Bulk Modifications Tool, you can go to the CCM (for example: CCM > Hosts), and view these objects. The ones that have been modified should show in red "Not Applied" in the "Status" column. You can click on each one and see what was changed, before applying configuration. Hope this helps.
