I do see a lot of " install script does not exist"

Still not upgrading, i have been doing this for 6 years and never had a problem before.

Can you get the /tmp/nagiosxi/upgrade.log file and upload it to the post?

Here is the requested file.
I also have a backup of the server before i started the upgrade if we need to go back. I do not know how to go back, but i am sure there are some instructions.

The wget command from my previous post was truncated but it is fixed now.
In the log file, right after core was updated, this line is displayed.
Upgrade cancelled
Did you stop the upgrade by pressing n when prompted to continue to upgrade the components, wizards, and dashlets?
Don't worry about the missing install.sh scripts, try running the upgrade again.

and try rerunning the upgrade script. Did you complete/pass this point?

Running the above lines now, then attempting upgrade again
