We have scheduled the state history report. It's getting the output in nagios console but the same scheduled report which is having PDF format is not working properly.

Please run through the following steps so we can review the error logs to help us troubleshoot the issue.
1. Run the following tail command to capture the apache error log, and then download the report and post the full output.
2. PM or upload the failed PDF to the post
3, Send us a new system profile
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

Please find the attachment to see the logs. And we tried to send the report as an CSV format but we are getting the attached report. find the pdf/csv attachment.

Hi @udaykamar,
It looks like you are using a proxy server, and this is blocking the necessary javascript libraries required to generate the PDF report.
From the log, the http call is being redirected to another address:

But we are getting which we schedule the page, Please find the attachment. I don't know why these only page schedule is came but state history report is not came. If the proxy having problem i think scheduled page should also not come, but we are getting the report with PDF file.
Have you checked which is attached in excel sheet, sheet is having some code why it having like that. please help on this to resolve. If you need more details please ask us.

Ok, this only for the scheduled state history report. Just to clarify, are you able to view the State History report in the user interface? When you download the report directly is it still failing?

I am not able to attach the probile in this post also. its continuous loading. Please provide the email address so that we will send the logs to email address. find the attachment for the error while we creating the ticket we got the error upload.

You are just attaching the profile (profile.zip), right? How large is the file? I wonder if you are hitting a size limitation... How many files are you attaching, just one (the profile)?
