whenever host is showing down that time services check attempt will check host status ,if host come up in 2 minitues then services alert is creating individual tickets

Re: Services alert creating multiple tickets
Hello @manimurugesan,
If the host comes up but the service is in a non-ok state, then sending a notification would be expected (depending on your configuration). Let's gather some more information so we can try to determine what is happening.
1. What is the exact name of the host or service that is creating multiple tickets?
2. Please post a screenshot of the SNMP Trap Sender settings. Go to Admin > Manage Components > SNMP Trap Sender and select the wrench icon to edit the settings.
3. Send over a fresh system profile
Thanks.
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

You can configure Nagios to not do any service checks if a host is down:

Does this help achieve what you're looking for?

Re: Services alert creating multiple tickets
Do you have an example host and service that we can look for in the configuration?
It's still not completely clear what the behavior is. Can you clarify exactly when multiple tickets are opened and provide screenshots if necessary to explain the problem?
