Hello,
I have a single user who is unable to login to the XI web console via LDAP authentication. This happened suddenly for apparently no reason. His Active Directory account password is set to never expire, so it shouldn't be a credential issue.
When he attempts to login he is seeing the following error:
Login failure - Username: USERNAME - The specified user account has not been setup in this application - contact your Nagios XI administrator.
See attached for Audit Log entries that show "Authenticated successfully..." but then immediately show the user "Login failure..."
Very strange.

Re: LDAP user unable to login to web console
I should say that he is locking himself out in Nagios, but not in Active Directory. Also, I attempted to delete his account and re-create it yesterday, but that didn't help.
Re: LDAP user unable to login to web console
What do his XI account settings look like and specifically his username? The username is case sensitive so make sure that it matches exactly what he is typing in on the XI login page.
