Can not view Service Status Summary?!
Some user accounts with the permission read-only can not view Service Status Summary, but they can view Host Status Summary, what could be the problem?

Is the "read-only" user allowed to see ALL of the services in service groups? Can you show us the security settings for this user? Is "Can see all hosts and services" checkbox selected?

The users can view 「host and service status」 and 「host group summary」, but can not view 「service group summary」 and 「service group overview」, they don't need to view all hosts & services, they only need to view hosts/services summary which they got the notifications.

I did some investigating on the issue and it looks like the problem is that the permissions are not coming through correctly when the user account is setup to use Active Directory or LDAP.
If the user account is set to local in the XI interface, it seems to work.
I'll file a Bug report for this.

Actually, I'll take that back, it is not a bug.
You need to add that service to a Service Group and then you will be able to view it in the menus.

But if use local user account in XI, still can not view?!

Ignore the post from 3:19 yesterday, I was a mistake.
This is the issue
You need to add that service to a Service Group and then you will be able to view it in the Service Groups menus.
You are trying to view a service in the Service Groups menu and that service is not in a group, you will not be able to view it.
If you go to the Home > Service Status menu, you should be able to see the services there.
