Filtered Operations Center as Home

I want to have filtered Operations Center view as a home dashboard, but additional filters are not applied when sent with URL like this:
/nagiosxi/includes/components/nocscreen/noc.php?host=&hostgroup=&servicegroup=&state=&hide_soft=1&hide_not_dis=1

I would really like to make this work. Thanks.
Version of Nagios XI is 5.6.4.

Filter your display as needed. Then go to top right hamburger menu (three horizontal lines). Then select the option to pop out this page. Then copy the resulting URL to clipboard. Now use that URL as your destination and you'll find the filters are there.

My opinion is that this should work for permalink too, but the URL structure of permalinks includes the menus on the left hand side, so the pop out is easier.

That is just what I tried to do.
Operations Center doesn't keep additional filters (Hide notifications disabled, etc.) when is open in new tab with popout, and also when copied as permalink.

It did for me, using the "pop-out" feature:

Using your example I managed to craft URL that is working. Thanks.
I don't know why popout or permalink are giving me wrong URL.
