Can Nagios restart an application Pool
If a URL reports down, can Nagios be configured to restart the application Pool on the remote server?

What agent are you using to monitor IIS? For exmample, if you are using NCPA, here are a few articles on how to use scripts with NCPA.

Yes, this done by using Event Handlers with Nagios or taking pre-defined actions with host or service changes state. For example, re-starting a server or application.If a URL reports down, can Nagios be configured to restart the application Pool on the remote server?
