Waiting for configuration verification....Backend login

Hello
I am getting the following errors when 'applying configuration' in NagiosXI. I have recently upgraded to V3.2 partially in effort to resolve this issue.

--Waiting for configuration verification....
--Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed.

I am able add & make updates but sync is off. There is '0' errors in configuration report... I would also like to note that I made password changes.. back-end password changes BUT then reverted back to original passwords.

you might want to go to Admin -> Reset Security Credentials and click "update credentials"

resetting security credentials does not resolve the problem.

First can you run the procedure in

Next, can you run the following and post reconfig.txt

./reconfigure_nagios.sh &> reconfig.txt

I am not getting output from those commands.

Don't you have a "reconfig.txt" file created in the "/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts" directory?
