SMTP connect() failed
Hi I am not able to send email from Nagios XI.. SMTP port is open and when I send email manually from the Nagios server it will deliver

Hello,
Go to Admin > System Config > Email Settings and make sure you have entered the correct SMTP settings and select the Update Settings button.
Next make sure you have enabled the Logging checkbox. Lastly, select the Send a Test Email. Did you receive the message?
If you are getting messages but you are not receiving notifications from Nagios, then you have incorrect configuration settings or user preferences. Click on your username in the upper right side of the top navigation bar and select Notification Preferences, and review the guide below to help resolve.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or post to the forum and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
