Remove a host group from OPerations Center View

Is there a way to keep a specific host group from showing up in Operatioins Center? I have a list of workstations that were recently added that are constantly going up and down and I wanted to exclude them from our daily roundings.

That functionality doesn't currently exist, I suppose you could create a hostgroup of hosts that contains all other hosts and limit the operations center on that but it would be hard to manage.

I can submit a feature request for this if you'd like?
