I just noticed you have the following at the top of your nsc.ini
Change this to
and restart the NSClient service
Then you should get the nsclient.log file which may have a clue to the problem

ok, uninstalled nsclient++ and reinstalled , again, now it is working on exchange, all services are being monitored and green.
