You can monitor any URL with Nagios XI if that's what you're are asking. There are two built-in configuration wizards for monitoring websites - website wizard and the website URL wizard.Can I monitor N links (microsites) of the same website?
By dynamic website do you mean changing IP address? If so, as long as Nagios can resolve the hostname to an IP address it will work. Resources are usually monitored using plugins to check CPU, disk space,..etc.Can I monitor dynamic websites resources?

I think you mean you want to monitor 20 URLs on the same web server. (20 is just an example number). Yes, you can. You have to build a monitor for each URL, but you can do that with the wizard or by copying an existing check and modifying it as needed.
