Cannot upgrade from 5.5.11 to 5.6.0 (or latest version)

Hi,

We cannot upgrade Nagios XI from web UI so we do manual upgrade following the guideline.

So we upgrade from 5.5.2 to 5.5.11 successfully.

But when we upgrade to 5.6.0, we got below error:

Strange, the output you posted did not show any errors at all.

Let's clear out the yum cache and try upgrading XI again.

Run this as root to clear the cache.

Code: Select all

yum clean all

Then try the XI Upgrade again and if it fails and you see the errors in the console, copy them and post them here as well as retrieving the /tmp/upgrade.log file from the server and uploading it here.
