NSClient++ deployment

Hi all,
We are looking at replacing our monitoring with new Nagios XI servers, the team has provided the NSClient++ msi file which we are looking to deploy via SCCM.

They have told us to amend the allowed hosts in the ini file (after deployment to test server), question is do you know if there is a parameter to add these via running the msi or what's the best way to amend/deploy the installer with the necessary config amends.
