2. Through the GUI.
If the above doesn't help resolve the issue, please try saving and applying the changes again and then gather a profile from the system. It can be gathered under Admin > System > System Status > Download System Profile or from the command line with:
/usr/local/nagioslogserver/scripts/profile.sh
This will create /tmp/system-profile.tar.gz.
Please PM me the file but note that this file can be very large and may not be able to be uploaded. This is usually due to the logs in the logstash and/or elasticseach directories found in it. If it is too large, please open the profile, extract these directories/files and send them separately.

Hi Support,
For 500_filters, it only contains one filter. Do I need 1 for Netflow?
Please see the attached link for the logs and system profiles.
Support edit: Nagios.zip downloaded and shared with team
Also, do we need to upgrade the logstash and Nagios version?

Hi Cdienger,
Will the Nagios upgrade help with the NetFlow issue?
Will this include the upgrade of logstash?
Will the upgrade affect current config and do we need to modify all the working logs?
May we know the reasons for recommending the upgrade, what did we see in the logs?
Do we know the root cause of why Netflow is not working as expected?

I wasn't aware of any issues with netflow. Can you provide details?
